Pills Easily
This was purchased for me as a gift. I have only washed it once and hung it to dry due to the reviews on this product and issues with pilling. It is pilling already for me and I am very disappointed. I have loved every Lulu product I’ve purchased but this one is not worth the price.

Love hate
Best sweater I have ever bought, looked good , felt great , was really going to love it, but only got to wear 4 times. Did not even wash yet . Then seam ripped up the back. Would love it if you made it better. Undecided what to do next.

Quality is not up to par
I love the look, feel, and color of this sweater. I have worn this 5 or 6 times and have yet to wash it but it is coming apart at the shoulder seam. I would expect more from a sweater at this price . In spite of this, I still went to the store and bought a sweatshirt today which I hope holds up better.

Huge Fan - Just Not Of This Product
Wore this no more than 5 times and seam came apart in shoulder, literally unravelled. I love Lululemon (Own about 70% of my wardrobe from them) but this sweater, which felt amazingly soft and loved the color is just so poorly constructed. Just submitted form for a return, and expect them to honor the obvious conduction defect, although I now reside overseas and shipping this back and forth will cost me more than its value.

Back Pilling Off and Become thinner only after wearing it twice
My friend bought it for my birthday. Had only wore it less than three times and the pack is bottom completely peeling off and getting thinner and thinner. I just looked up and saw the price and think it’s a good design and look, but extremely poor quality at this price... I am also clueless on what to do with the item

Versatile sweater for many occasions
I love to wear simple sweaters in the wintertime. This one fits the bill for a casual dinner out, or just relaxing and lounging at home. It's a little heavier than a typical wool sweater would be, but it breathes well, and looks great!

Very warm and comfortable but falls apart constructed horribly
I absolutely loved this sweater - comfortable, warm, stylish, fits great... but it's basically not washable and despite delicate use, the shoulder seam has ripped right open. I can't even replace it because they're out of stock with no similar styles available. Big disappointment.

Great fit, can’t wash
Purchased this as a gift as fit great, however came apart after one wash. I would purchase this in every color if we could wash it. Hoping Lulu can make this right!

Falling apart
This was great the first time I wore it. Saw previous reviews mention the sweater falling apart so I HAND WASHED and laid it flat to dry. Didn't matter, threads started puffing out, getting caught and unravelling the sweater. Poorest quality Lululemon product I've ever purchased and about half my wardrobe is lulu.
Shame because it's super warm and the fit is fantastic. The Alpine Air crew sweater was soo good last year, what happened??
