Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm like a Polar Bear This coat is SWEET! Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail... water tight, wind tight, sealed zippers on everything, and great looking. Now I can travel to hellish places like Buffalo, Newark, and Chicago (all places I brought this coat so far in 2020) without worry of the weather. Glad I didn't delay in buying it because they were not available a few days later. If these come available again, grab one quick.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Price Great jacket, very unfortunate that I bought it full price and now seeing it for $250 cheaper than the original price. That's just nuts :( I wont be buying full price anymore that's for sure. Guess ill just stick to "we made too much" section from now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Parka Overall this Parka has everything you need (its warm, waterproof, looks good and goes with everything). But this should be made in a 700 power down fill. Indeed the 3-in-1 Storm Parka has a 700 down liner and its a similar length. So why not make this in a 700? I read another comment about how the parka tucks into the body near the crotch area. Yes it does slightly but its not overly bad not a deal breaker to me. The torso area seems to have the most down protection for keeping the core warm. And it appears that is accomplished by an inner-liner that covers the whole torso down to the waist. And then beyond that there is less protection. I think the company wanted to make it look sleek so it tapers after the hips to the thigh.. Could have been done better but overall the Parka looks good. I actually get looks on the street. Again this should be in a 700 power down. In windy 23 degree weather I don't heat-up and don't get cold I feel like I'm in the office. If that's the intention that seems good as there is no worry about overheating which would be bad. This a great parka.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Beautiful Parka I have a few good points to say about this parka but I do have 1 compliant or question. Why isn't this offered in a 700 power down? If this is intended to be the best coat/parka then how can you have a hip length jacket like the Pinnacle in a 700 and a thigh-length parka in a 600? Its simply a contradiction. Maybe the company thought it would be too warm? But that's what the zipper vents are for right? I would be fine paying more for a 650 or 700 power down. I wore this jacket in NYC 20 degree windy weather with no layering. And I was not too hot nor cold but being a little warmer would be better. The good is that this is a beautiful coat, the external fabric has a sheen that looks great. I got a few compliments strangers were grabbing at me. Yes Lulu hit a homerun here with looks. It goes with everything. It has a smooth pattern. I had no zipper problems unlike some of the comments from others. Also this is waterproof while a similar parka from Patagonia is not. So you can use this in unpredictable weather great stuff!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointed The design and outlook of the jacket is as important as the warmth, protection and comfort. Indeed, it is warm and comfortable enough. However, what is extremely disappointing is the design and the craftsmanship was completely botched on this model: 1. The sleeves are way too short. 2. Perhaps because of the inner elastic (that is suppose to protect stomach area from wind) the top part of the jacket is “puffing” while the bottom part is extremely flat in particular at the crotch area. I did buy it online and when realized that it was not fitting right took it to the store. The store clerk said it will relax and the impression at the crouch area is due to it being folded. After wearing it for some time the problem is still there if not worse. Extremely disappointed. Should have returned it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lululemon got it right! By far this is the best jacket I’ve ever owned. It provides great warmth and the fit is just perfect. I love several of the details; inside pockets, reflective detail, water resistance, hood, waist elastic, deep pockets. The length is just right and the jacket it self is very light. Defn recommend it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but zipper issue I really like the fit and comfort of this jacket. The jacket is very warm and perfect for Maryland winter. But the biggest issues I run into is the zipper. It constantly gets caught when trying to zip and is extremely difficult to loosen. It can be very frustrating when trying to put on the jacket. There is a flap under the zipper and it constantly get stuck on it. Very disappointment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY This jacket is not worth your money. The large was skin tight on me and didn't allow for any other layers besides the coat. The extra large felt too loose. I'm 6'1" and about 200 pounds. The jacket itself was a disaster. The looks didn't impress me, nothing out of the ordinary. It would be nearly impossible to tell the difference between this and a jacket less than half the price by just looks. It failed to keep me warm. Lulu is not a winter coat company, and that shows. I had to completely layer up to feel remotely warm walking outside. I could feel the wind through every part of the coat, and I just didn't ever get that feel of warmth from the down that I should have. Zippers on parka's can be difficult, but not like this one. This zipper needs a complete redo. I didn't ever think a zipper could cause so much frustration. The hood is about as pointless as a hood gets. I would rather the jacket not come with a hood. There is no source of warmth in or around the hood, and the slightest breeze will push it off your head. I promise you there are way better options out there. Again, Lulu is not a winter coat company for a reason. Save yourself time and effort and do not buy this coat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zipper Issue This coat was a great coat - cozy, warm and sleek looking. Great for the beginning of winter however, after today, I wished this jacket was designed better... The zipper that is meant to keep you warm won't properly zip up which is irritating because on my way to work the jacket was fine it was when I arrived to work, the zipper didn't perform. The zipper got caught on the back of the zipper flap and it is now impossible to unzip. This was irritating that a jacket that cost this much has this issue. other than the zipper issue, the jacket is fine. But this jacket is unwearable because the zipper is caught and won't let me unzip the jacket I have to remove it like a hoodie now. I'm contemplating taking this jacket to a seamstress to remove the zipper and replacing it with a new one but it would cost around 80usd to complete

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the design but needs some functional improvements My second Cold City Parka - so obviously I really like it. I returned the first one as the zipper broke, which was very disappointing. The zipper problem is my number one comment. The zipper needs improvement: heavier more robust zipper teeth would be better, and a larger slider for easier leverage when wearing gloves would also help. The retaining box of the zipper needs to be really easy to connect with the insert pin, especially when dealing with extreme winter weather and wearing gloves etc. My second comment is the design of the neck area, which is too short to deal with wind and tough winter elements. My third and final comment is that the inner sleeve is too short. I believe that might have been fixed in the updated version. Either that or my arms are shorter :) Overall I really like what you have done here. Just a couple of tweaks and this would be the perfect Parka.
