Engineered Warmth Long Sleeve is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved at first but now not so much Love this base layer for office and outdoor activities. Unfortunately, the stitching on bottom has begun to “pull” badly and I fear will continue to do so. Wanted to buy another one in a different color but won’t now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing shirt, in between sizes This is an amazing shirt. I got it in the Gray (Heathered Black) first and had to come back and get it in Black also. The only issue is that I'm in between sizes. There is a pretty big difference between the L and XL in fit. The L fits me well in everything except for sleeve length, it has a more fitted/tight fit that I feel the shirt is supposed to have. The XL is loose and not the most ideal fit, but it was a more utilitarian fit in my mind because its a winter shirt and not necessarily a base layer (more like an intermediate layer in cold weather and an outer layer in California's winter) - also, the sleeves fit me in the XL. The sleeve issue isn't necessarily an overall Lululemon sizing issue as I have a jacket that has sleeves that are extremely long in a size L. I still love this shirt and just wish I was sized a little differently so that the shirt fit me better. I'm 6'3" / 195# slim with normal proportions (but longer arms).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After 3 years of waiting... Finally, a warm (but light) long sleeved shirt! I purchased my last one 4 years ago and have wanted a third one ever since. My move to Florida lessened the urgency, but this is perfect for a cold winter day way down here north of Orlando. I wear it driving an open golf cart to my winter 8:00am yoga classes when it is in the 40's, Brrr. I golf in it before the sun raises the temperature to 65. This shirt is soft and has a nice waffle texture. It hugs your body (so be careful how much beer you drink). It is reasonably long, but the arms are cut high, so it wants to ride up on the sides. So, unlike its predecessors, I find myself tugging it down. This is not a reason to avoid this welcome addition to Lululemon men's clothing. Now, I want it made in real colors! Black, gray and Whoa! - olive. Get creative and look at the metal vent lineup. That said, definitely DO NOT make it in your recent favorite male color - mustard (Roman, Bees, Fools gold).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Fit, Comfort, and Universal I loved the shirt so much I bought a second one in another color. I will probably be buying a third. The nice thing about this shirt is that it’s really universal. You can wear it dressed up, lounging around, or for a base layer for workouts in cooler weather. It’s one of those shirts that you can wear in 70 degree weather and be comfortable, or be outside at 50 degrees and it’s still comfortable keeping you warm. It fits great, the cut is really good. I take an XL and it fits spot on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable! This sweater is super comfortable. The slim fit is not too tight and really warm. I have already washed it twice and I hang it up to dry. It is pricey for a thin sweater but definitely worth it. It also looks good with jeans and makes for a good casual office look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sweater no more Since I bought this crew neck, I haven’t worn any of my other sweaters. I wear it with an undershirt, I wear it with a dress shirt, and I wear it without anything underneath. I love the settle puffy textures. This is the new sweater that made all my regular sweaters obsolete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best base layer I've owned. A game-changer. Field tested. I travel the world working in extreme environments, from Afghanistan to Alaska. My gear must be minimal, with maximum durability and comfort. Over the years I've tried every cold weather base layer imaginable (Patagonia, Mountain Hard Wear, Under Armor, you name it) and this is hands-down the best one around. Snug but supple in the right places, the merino wool is warm and breathable and doesn't stink after multiple days of use. A quick wring in the sink and I'm good to go. Plus, you can wear it out with jeans and look good. If you pick one long-sleeve base layer for the road, make it this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Super Warm, Questionable Durability I bought this as a base layer for the winter to wear under heavier jackets or work shirts. It is incredibly comfortable, looks great, and keeps you warm. Sadly, the stitching on the shoulder seam came apart after just two wears and a single wash (which followed the care instructions.) So much potential, but so much disappointment. If I had not seen this issue, I would've bought one in every color to wear through the winter.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Weird fit Very tight across upper chest, upper arms, and armpits. Not flattering. Too bad because the material and subtle pattern are really nice.
