More Miles Active Backpack *17L is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Upside down I feel like this backpack would be better if the base was slightly wider. My 13” laptop doesn’t quite fit. The laptop doesn’t sit flat in the bag since it is wider than the bottom of the bag. Also, if you put things in the side pockets/cup holders then it takes up space in the main compartment. Overall, it’s a high quality, compact bag, made for short day trips rather than grad school.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size/Perfect Fit I’ve had my share of backpacks and I can confidently say this is my favorite! It’s the only backpack I’ve ever owned that doesn’t put pressure on my shoulders or back...and that’s so important for me. I’m 5’5” and it’s a great size on my frame, even fits my laptop and water bottle without feeling like it weighs a ton. When the time comes for a new backpack, I’m coming back to Lululemon!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More Miles Active Backpack Great bag for everyday use. I carry it to work everyday and like the compact (but roomy) capacity. The outer mesh pockets allow me to carry only the bare essentials.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality control, protruding zipper that gets stuck 9 out of 10 times, you name it. Always a huge fan of Lulu and was thrilled to buy this backpack - it looks like a great step up from the run pack I have from Lulu before and also fairly appealing with what appears to be super light weight design and durable fabric. That turned out to be completely untrue. The DESIGN was horrendous. The bag arrived appearing flimsy, with explicable design of a completely free-running strap which flips every time when I try to put it on my back. The inner orange lining is super cheap, flimsy, and stops any attempt to look at the bag and attempt to accomplish the task of finding anything that is smaller than a baseball. The BUILD was also unbelievable. I have never had a piece of Lulu gear that ended up like his: The main zipper has the interior lining protruding on one end of the bag, making it impossible to smoothly finish the zipping in one go - and to keep it going you literally have to force the zipper above the protrusion. I've always been a fan of Lulu - clothing and gear alike. I have never ever expected to receive a Lulu product with the lack of thoughts in design and quality control like this one. I suppose I should have listened to the existing reviews but WMTM clouded my judgement. SUPER disappointed in this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, Lightweight Backpack with thoughtful Pockets/Compartments It is difficult to find a smaller backpack. I have one of the bigger Lululemon backpacks that is great but sometimes you do not need a big pack. I bought this one with Europe in mind where you need to carry some items but not a huge pack on day trips. I have been quite pleased with the comfort of this pack. I like that the strap is thinner, not padded, but connected to loops at the top so it rests comfortably on my shoulders but stays secure. I also like the chest straps. I will admit, I did get one fastened upside down that took me forever to get apart. I had to use pliers. That is design problem that needs to be addressed. One of the things I like about all Lululemon products are great designs in pockets. This simple backpack has many great pockets. The top pocket is great for my wallet, air pods, cash, coins, business cards and I love that there is a snap on an inner sleeve. The side-zip compartments are well designed and are quite roomy. I use them for phones, check books, passports, eye glass cases, toiletries etc. There is even an inner mesh sleeve, like the outside one for incase you leave a zipper down things are harder to fall out. I was concerned about the mesh pockets on the side but after several months, they have held up great. They can hold something bulky like a water bottle securely or a slim phone. I have been impressed with those. Big inside compartment, love the sleeve for the tablet and the pocket behind it, which took me a while to find. My MacBook Pro fits in there snug but fits and the iPad in the sleeve and there is still room in the main pocket for clothes or something else. It is a great pack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not meet expectations I love lululemon bags because they are usually functional, feature a thoughtful design, are stylish, and comfortable. My boyfriend has the 25.5L More Miles backpack and absolutely loves it That size is bigger than what I was looking for, so I decided to give the 17L a try. Unfortunately, this bag did not hit the mark. First, it feels cheap. There's absolutely no padding on the shoulder straps. Nothing about it says premium. In contrast, if you take a look at the 25.5 L, or even the 37 L you'll see what I mean. On the 37L, it features lots of areas that have this beautiful leather look trim, including most of the back panel. The 17L does not feature this trim anywhere. Second, I have no doubt the mesh panels on the side will tear and snag easily. It feels quite delicate. I very much doubt longevity even when used a handful of times. Third, it also doesn't have a dedicated place for your phone that is easily accessible but also safe from theft. The functional features are missing from this bag. I do appreciate the spot internally for keys, but the top small compartment is pretty useless to me. Any sort of wallet or cash there, or a phone, would be easily stolen. I would love it if lululemon incorporated the smart and premium elements from the 25.5L and 37L More Miles backpack into a smaller version. Unfortunately, the 17L falls short.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving this bag for all sorts of adventures I have had this bag for a few weeks now and have been absolutely loving it. I have the surge reflective bag which is similar in size, but this bag has a lot more pockets and organizing possibilities. I have taken this out cycling, hiking, and just around to and from and have found different uses for the pockets which have been great. Its longer and skinnier than the surge pack, so fitting a laptop into the bag is a little tougher, but I still can fit my surface pro in it, its just a little snug. plenty of room for chargers, everyday items and some extra clothes. The 2 mesh pockets on the side with the option to strap something in is a great touch. There is a channel running through the bottom of the bag, I am not sure if it was designed for this, but I put a nylon strap through it with a buckle and have been using it as a waist strap while cycling. and it held up well!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wanted to Love It, but I had a Surge back pack and loved it. I got this one because that one just was long in the tooth. One of the things that I love about this pack is that it has chest straps that make it fit really snugly. Today, I put the pack and fastened the top chest strap. When I tried to take it off, I could not get the strap unfastened. I realized that the clasp to be inserted was turned upside down. It was simply NOT possible to get the pack off without cutting the chest strap. I tried everything — for over an hour. Tip for pack designers: if it possible to get the clasp fastened, it should be possible to get it unfastened. And it if it’s designed not to release if the clasps are put in upside down, it should not be possible for them to fasten in the first place.
