Great for stretchingI bought this stretching strap to use with online yoga courses which it has been useful for but also using after cardio work outs to improve stretching. Overall I have been happy and the color is beautiful.

Good quality, nice buckleIt's a yoga strap much like most yoga straps; the material is nice and the buckle is good. There's a *few* poses it's a smidgen short for, but honestly, considering the price I love it. Most straps for yoga I've seen run a lot more than this.

Great for someone have knee surgery! This is great to help me to bend my knee, while I have my MPFL reconstruction recovery. When you're at PT, they had similar as this; but you only used at PT not at home. And it's great for stretching too!

Excellent purchaseI am attending yoga teacher training in a couple months and decided it was time to purchase a few new yoga accessories...blocks, bolster, blankets, and strap. I purchased this strap in Rip Tide, it is comfortable to hold in my hands and gentle on the soles of my feet. I also like that it is not heavy and that the metal pieces do not make loud "clinking" noises when I set the strap down (unlike the straps at the yoga studio I currently attend and studios I have attended in the past). I am 5ft 2in and this strap is a very good length for me...not too long and not too short.
